About these terms
These Terms of Use govern use of Josephine Area Chamber of Commerce (https://josephineareachamber.com/), operated by Sanctus Solutions LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information, keep account access secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You must have authority to submit, claim or manage a business and to share its content. Account and profile permissions may differ between membership owners and delegated editors.
Business content and permission to display it
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give the operator permission to store, format, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote your listing through this service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions, including for images, trademarks and personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content; impersonate others; send spam; misuse personal information; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the service. Use inquiry and communication tools for legitimate purposes.
Listings, review and availability
Listings and edits may be reviewed, corrected, declined or removed under the site’s rules. Membership tiers determine available features and allowances; submission does not guarantee publication, traffic, leads or placement. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or violations, subject to applicable law and any specific membership agreement.
Independent businesses and external services
Listed businesses are responsible for their own products, services, statements and dealings with customers. Inclusion, a badge or paid placement does not by itself guarantee quality or endorse a business. Review information independently before relying on it. External services have their own terms and policies.
Payments, renewals, cancellation and refunds
The selected membership or service, price, currency, billing interval and applicable purchase terms are presented before you authorize payment. A recurring membership renews according to the billing terms you accept until cancelled. Membership tiers determine available features and allowances; they do not guarantee traffic, leads or business results.
Use Manage billing in your account when available, or email Brennan@sanctus-solutions.com for billing assistance and cancellation requests. The cancellation effective date and remaining access depend on the accepted purchase terms and the status of the subscription. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancelling an event registration does not itself send a refund.
Refund requests are reviewed individually under the terms provided for the purchase, any applicable agreement and the law. Contact us with the purchase details and reason for the request. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy required by law. An invitation, account registration or free support call does not itself authorize a charge. Additional custom work requires agreement to its scope and quote before paid work begins.
Events
Event-specific details, participation requirements and any applicable cancellation terms are presented with the event or purchase. Contact the identified organizer about event arrangements.
Optional Sanctus Solutions setup services
The first consultation and initial page edits are free. Further customization, API connections and custom features are paid services. A quote for any additional work will be provided at the end of the free call, and no paid work begins without the client’s approval. These services are optional and separate from directory membership fees and any third-party service charges. The accepted quote or service agreement defines the paid scope, price, payment schedule and applicable cancellation or refund terms. Booking or attending the free call does not authorize a charge or grant access to private account data or API credentials.
Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the site’s Privacy Policy. Submit only information appropriate for the intended public profile or private communication.
Service changes and legal rights
Features, content and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific membership or purchase terms and applicable mandatory law may also apply.
Texas law and consumer protections
These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer protections, including applicable rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. You may raise concerns with the operator or contact the Texas Attorney General; contacting support is not a condition for exercising legal rights.
Review before purchasing
Review the selected membership, price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund policy before authorizing payment. An invitation, free support call or initial page edit does not itself authorize a subscription or a charge for custom work. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions; the stated purchase terms and applicable law determine the outcome. Additional work requires an accepted quote or service agreement.
