About these terms
These Terms of Use govern use of Josephine Area Chamber of Commerce (https://josephineareachamber.com/), operated by Sanctus Solutions LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information, keep account access secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You must have authority to submit, claim or manage a business and to share its content. Account and profile permissions may differ between membership owners and delegated editors.
Business content and permission to display it
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give the operator permission to store, format, display and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote your listing through this service. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions, including for images, trademarks and personal information.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content; impersonate others; send spam; misuse personal information; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the service. Use inquiry and communication tools for legitimate purposes.
Listings, review and availability
Listings and edits may be reviewed, corrected, declined or removed under the site’s rules. Membership tiers determine available features and allowances; submission does not guarantee publication, traffic, leads or placement. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks or violations, subject to applicable law and any specific membership agreement.
Independent businesses and external services
Listed businesses are responsible for their own products, services, statements and dealings with customers. Inclusion, a badge or paid placement does not by itself guarantee quality or endorse a business. Review information independently before relying on it. External services have their own terms and policies.
Payments, renewals, cancellation and refunds
The selected membership or service, price, currency, billing interval and applicable purchase terms are presented before you authorize payment. A recurring membership renews according to the billing terms you accept until cancelled. Membership tiers determine available features and allowances; they do not guarantee traffic, leads or business results.
Use Manage billing in your account when available, or email Brennan@sanctus-solutions.com for billing assistance and cancellation requests. The cancellation effective date and remaining access depend on the accepted purchase terms and the status of the subscription. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancelling an event registration does not itself send a refund.
Refund requests are reviewed individually under the terms provided for the purchase, any applicable agreement and the law. Contact us with the purchase details and reason for the request. Nothing in these terms removes a refund or other remedy required by law. An invitation, account registration or free support call does not itself authorize a charge. Additional custom work requires agreement to its scope and quote before paid work begins.
Events
Event-specific details, participation requirements and any applicable cancellation terms are presented with the event or purchase. Contact the identified organizer about event arrangements.
Free customization call and optional paid Sanctus services
Your free customization call
You receive one free customization call with Sanctus Solutions to review your prepared business page and help with basic changes during the booked session. You do not need to buy a design service to receive this help.
Included in the free call:
– Review your existing page, explain the editor, and choose a template available with your current membership tier.
– Help enter or correct ready-to-use business information you supply: your description, contact details, hours, service names and descriptions, and existing website or booking links.
– Help upload or replace your supplied, ready-to-use logo and photos within your tier limits.
– Help with simple built-in color, section order, and visibility settings within the selected template, plus small text corrections.
– Explain how to save, submit changes for the Chamber review process, and continue making supported edits yourself.
Not included in the free call:
– A complete page build, custom layout composition, or extensive redesign, even when the work uses the existing page builder.
– Writing or substantially rewriting your marketing copy; researching, sourcing, creating, retouching, or extensively editing images or logos.
– Researching and assembling project portfolios, case studies, testimonials, or large content imports.
– Custom code, new features, API or account integrations, automation, payment setup, or work on a separate website.
– Ongoing editing, additional work after the booked session, unlimited revisions, or an upgrade to your membership features.
Before you book:
– Bring your page link, your requested changes, final text, and images you have permission to use. Sign in to your own account; do not send passwords or API keys.
– The included help is limited to one booked session and the features of your current tier. We will prioritize your changes together; completion of a full page or every requested edit is not promised.
– You can continue editing with your existing tools afterward. Normal Chamber approval requirements still apply, and booking the call does not publish a draft or change your tier.
– There is no purchase obligation. Booking or attending the free call does not authorize a charge or enroll you in a paid service.
– Work outside the free scope is optional and separately quoted, including professional page design using existing builder tools. We agree on scope and price first; no paid work begins without your approval. Paid services are separate from Chamber membership fees.

Optional paid service — Sanctus Business Page Design
Sanctus Business Page Design is an optional paid service for a professionally prepared page like the Sanctus example. It is separate from your free customization call and Chamber membership.
– Page planning and tailored writing to explain your business and services.
– Image preparation, project showcases, and organization of approved testimonials or case studies.
– A tailored arrangement of page sections and contact buttons, with desktop and mobile review.
– An agreed set of deliverables and revision rounds. Custom development and integrations can be quoted separately.
Professional design work is billable even when completed with existing builder tools. Requesting a quote is separate from booking your free call. We agree on the scope, price, revisions, and payment terms before work starts; no paid work begins without your approval. These services are separate from directory membership fees and third-party charges. Your free call and existing member editing tools remain available if you decline the paid service.

The accepted quote or service agreement defines the paid scope, price, payment schedule and applicable cancellation or refund terms. Booking or attending the free call does not grant access to private account data or API credentials.
Privacy
Use of personal information is described in the site’s Privacy Policy. Submit only information appropriate for the intended public profile or private communication.
Service changes and legal rights
Features, content and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific membership or purchase terms and applicable mandatory law may also apply.
Texas law and consumer protections
These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable federal law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing here waives nonwaivable consumer protections, including applicable rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. You may raise concerns with the operator or contact the Texas Attorney General; contacting support is not a condition for exercising legal rights.
Review before purchasing
Review the selected membership, price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method and refund policy before authorizing payment. An invitation, free support call or initial page edit does not itself authorize a subscription or a charge for custom work. Cancelling future renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions; the stated purchase terms and applicable law determine the outcome. Additional work requires an accepted quote or service agreement.
Optional SMS notifications
The optional SMS program for Josephine Area Chamber of Commerce offers membership updates and event reminders, and separately selected promotional messages. Each category requires its own affirmative choice at signup. By selecting a category, you agree to receive its automated text messages at the mobile number you provide and confirm that you own that number or are authorized to use it. Consent is not a condition of membership, purchase or use of the directory. Leaving the SMS options unchecked does not prevent signup.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery begins only when the messaging service is available.
You may withdraw consent at any time through Stop all SMS messages in your Member Dashboard or by contacting Brennan@sanctus-solutions.com. When messaging is enabled, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. A final confirmation of an SMS opt-out may be sent, after which no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS does not cancel membership or stop essential non-SMS account communications. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Our Privacy Policy explains how SMS numbers and consent records are handled. Changes to these terms do not automatically enroll you in new SMS categories.
Updates and contact
